New chair

We bought this little chair for the baby because he is going to start eating solids pretty soon. He is almost 6 months! I can't believe how fast he is growing. I think he will like eating if we can keep the bowl away from his little hands. It should be pretty interesting. For now however he just gets to sit on the table and watch the adults eat. He looks so cute in his new chair!

Milk

The philosophy of life for William is that all things belong in his mouth. He is getting extremely dissatisfied with his toys and want anything we are holding. Here he thinks he is ready for the "big boys" milk.

Wills has been a sick little boy the last few days. He makes mommy so sad with his droopy little eyes and cough. We had a couple rough days because Wills didn't sleep very well which made both our lives challenging. He was tired and wanted to be held a lot. Thankfully it was the weekend so Daddy was able to help. I am very happy to say he is on the mend and all should be well in the next day or so. He was pretty cranky this particular day so I laid him on the couch for just a minute to grab something and when I turned around he had already fallen asleep.

walker

We bought Wills a walker with some Christmas money from Grandma and Grandpa McKellar. He really enjoys it. He has already improved his balance and movement immensely.

Feet

Whenever Wills doesn't have his pants on he tries to stick his feet in his mouth. I think it is absolutely adorable! He actually got his toe in his mouth when he was in the bath the other day.

Here are a few more pictures from our Tahoe trip.

Our family

Here is a recent trip we took up to Tahoe. Wills didn't have a hat that fit him so he borrowed daddy's. Wills is not known to be a good nap taker but he slept the whole way there and home, about 3 1/2 hours total. We were very surprised

The first post

Hello everyone and welcome to our blog. I am sorry I haven't done this earlier, I just haven't. I was going to think of an excuse but that's all that it would be.
I hope everyone enjoys seeing pictures of our sweet little Wills. He is so fun!!! We can't believe how fast he develops and changes. My brother Nate wisely said the other day that kids change just at the right time. They are always interesting, even as they grow up, they never become boring because they learn something new and fascinating all the time.

The last couple weeks Wills has started to make all kinds of noise. He almost sounds like he can repeat some of the sounds that his Daddy makes. The two of them end up making all kinds of noise. Wills is also at the stage that he grabs everything! He is very strong and he has pulled mommy's hair several times. This makes him harder to hold because he is constantly leaning for some object. Wills goal in life seems to be to get everything in his mouth. He gets pretty upset when he can't get his toys in his mouth. Although he has a temper we really enjoy our little man and all his attitudes.
