Marriot- Lake Tahoe- with my parents

We went up to Tahoe with my family to stay at my parents timeshare at the Timberlodge Marriot. Nick came up for the weekend and returned home to work while William, Allie, and I stayed with Grandpa, Grandma, and Charity, Becca, and Katelyn joined us on Monday. The kids had so much fun hanging out all day long. William loves spending time with his cousins! I think the highlight of the trip was swimming. It was a little cold a couple of the days but that didn't deture the kids and Grandma going for a dip. We actually had gorgeous weather almost the whole week.
just a warning that there are a tone of pictures to follow. That isnt' even all of them but most.

reading stories with grammy
William and Kate enjoy the big bathtube.
They were running Wills hotwheels down the sides. It was pretty cute.
Kate is a goof! She loves doing this and now so does my son :)

Hanging out on the lake.
Wills didn't want to take pictures so this is how grandpa was helping.

Look at that crabby face. You would htink it was torture to take a picture with mom.

I was standing up on a chair trying to get a picture of them all laying there but I couldn't fit them all so here they are in two pictures. William wasn't sleeping with them. Some day soon we will be able to let them all sleep together but he isn't quite there yet. They were all laying down watching a Dora movie.

Playing at the park which is right on the Lake. Pretty cool.

My parents were able to sneak away to dinner so the kids and I were hanging out together. While I was cleaning up and feeding Allie this is what they decided they should do. My mom said she was surprised that I let them. I didn't care, it wasn't my house, they would get lot's of energy out, and they were having a BLAST! my rules were simply that no one got hurt!

pure delight on Williams face.

We did a lot of this and it was so fun!
here is what Allie did :) I love my stroller and it was well worth the money just for this week alone.
Grandpa and Grandma with the kids

The girls love holding Allie. Charity is very helpful when Allie just wants to be held.

Becca is a crack up! She loves to do hair. Conveniently enough I love having my hair brushed so every time I sat down to nurse Allie Bec would run up and ask to do my hair. No problem Bec!
We went to this park a couple of miles away. Here Becca is playing with Grandpa on the swings More bars in more places...Silly kids!

Charity is doing really well swimming.

Wills got hurt or something and came over pouting. Such a funny face. Grandma took all four of them swimming. Amazing. she did have 7 kids!

Kate in her little life vest. that thing is great!

Allie hanging out.

Becca swimming a way.

Charity jumping in. These are from the first day when when Nick was there.

Wills had so much fun playing with daddy.
hanging out in a towel

Nick would swim and Wills would "walk" to the edge to jump in. Wills was faster then Nick.

hanging out in the freezing cold little kids pool. Wills little swim thing was both for warmth and boyance.
Nick grimmancing from the cold water. LOL. Nick loves the water but he can't handle the cold.

Watching a little football and taking a nap with dad.

having a little smarties snack. No better place to plop down and eat then in the kitchen.

we were playing on the bed together. Stealing kisses.

He loves to take off his clothes. What a goof.

her she is with her whole face visible
I think this picture is funny. she was on the bed so it was taken by just holding the camera up and trying to get the shot. Her cheeks look so so cute!

silly boy loves his sweaters.
Charity glamorouse as always :)
We were taking some pictures of the French family and Wills was being a booger so we fed him :) He is always up for a snack. He is like his mommy and likes to eat. Unlike his mommy he loves power bars, I eat them when we hike.
Thats it! Hope you enjoyed a glimpse of our trip.

Big Water Sept 20

I may get a couple of these next post out of order but I am going to post things as I find the pictures. We take so many pictures that sometimes they all get put into mysterious folders I have to find. Let it be noted I put them there and then forget :)

We went and watched Dave play soccer in San Ramone in September. It is pretty close to the ocean so Nick had told Wills we could go the big water. We ended up not making it to the ocean that day so Nick told Wills he would take him to the big water the next weekend. I was planning on going up to Tahoe for a women's retreat with our church but the following weekend Megan passed away and Friday was just an emotionally exhausting day for me so I decided to tag along with Nick. So as Nick says, he and Wills ended up with three extra girls since Rach and Allie came as well.

It was a beautiful day of just relaxing and hanging out. We spent most of our time at the ocean. We started there and then drove to golden gate park and then back to the "big water" as Wills says. It was a gorgeous day in SF. Cold but just right. So refreshing.

Here Rachel is rescuing William from getting really wet. This is one of his favorite parts of going to the big water.

this is our second session on the beach, at sunset.

I love this little guy so much :) He is so full of life and energy just like his daddy.

by the end of both beach sessions Wills was wet, happy, and tired.

sweet Wills

I tried to post small pictures but i just don't like them so i moved back to medium size.

aunt Rach an Wills me and my babies

Allie wasn't the biggest fan of the wind so we kept her pretty wrapped up.

daddy's preferred method of moving Wills out of the way of the waves.

so cute.

when we got there it wasn't cold enough for wills jacket but he was convinced he needed it :)
